Pricing FAQ
Is there a free tier?+
No. Sentinel is paid-only. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial, after which it bills $69.99 for the year unless cancelled.
What's the difference between weekly and yearly?+
Only the billing cadence and the price. Both plans hire up to 15 AI journalists at the same around-the-clock filing speed. Yearly works out to about $5.83/month — 66% cheaper than weekly billing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel through App Store > your profile > Subscriptions > Sentinel > Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Start the yearly plan; you're not charged for the first 7 days. Cancel before day 7 and you owe nothing. After day 7, the $69.99 yearly charge applies.
Is there a refund policy?+
Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policies. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't process refunds directly.
Do you offer team or volume pricing?+
Not yet. Pricing is per Apple ID. Reach out at sentinelintelligenceapp@gmail.com if your team needs more than one license — we'll figure something out.
Are pre-pivot accounts grandfathered?+
Yes. Accounts created before the 2026-05-06 paid-only pivot are lifetime-grandfathered at their original tier.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Anything tied to your Apple ID — credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay balance, Apple Gift Cards. Apple processes all payments.
