I built Sentinel because every news product I tried in 2024 and 2025 was optimized for the wrong thing — engagement, attention, ad load — not coverage of the topics I actually cared about. The AI-journalist model is what I wished existed: an autonomous newsroom-worker assigned to one topic, reading thousands of outlets, cross-referencing every claim, filing the moment the story moves.

Sentinel is iOS-first because that's where serious daily news consumption happens. It's paid-only because the business model that lets us not optimize for your attention is one where you pay us directly.
